"The breakfast was freshly prepared and there was a great variety. "

"We were greeted by a very friendly lady on reception. We arrived super late but she was so nice to us. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Probably could do with a bit of an update. "

"The cottage was cosy and warm with comfy beds. Our host, Liz, was very helpful and gave us useful tips about local walks and pubs for meals and drinks. A “welcome pack” provided some breakfast essentials to tide us over until we got to a shop. The kitchen was well appointed, and the shower room was lovely. We will be back."

"The hotel is very good and the staff are excellent. The on site gym was a bit too warm for me but that’s a minor point."

"Have to park in Lidl carpark, free but quite busy, there are side spaces which are good. Staff friendly and helpful. Its budget but great value. "
