Very friendly and responsive staff. I had a problem with the temperature of the hot water. They had it fixed the next day. Breakfast is expensive but a typical French breakfast is readily available at several places nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was really nice, hotel is located in the center of Clermont Ferrand, there is no restaurant in the Hotel but there are many dining options and shops close to it. The breakfast buffet was really good with fresh food, fruits, bread etc...

Go to the Car park first, save yourself the stress of going the centre 3 or 5 times. Reception , once we got in was friendly. Decided to eat in the bar, the barman was dreadful, so slow .. it took 15 minutes to get our drinks , only 2 other couples on there, he was sullen and scruffy.. not 4 star service

Nous sommes venu pour une soirée à l’opéra. L’accueil de l’hôtel top, un service et une amabilité qu’on ne trouve pas partout. Une chambre avec vue sur la place Jaude. Propre, smart avec de petites attentions de la région! Petit déjeuner royale, à la britannique, saucisses bacon, œufs brouillés, viennoiseries, céréales fruits un assortiment de bonnes choses. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Merci pour ce beau moment
