"Overall, it was a good clean hotel but nothing special to elevate it to receive a excellent rating. My only complaint was the free breakfast was very bland especially since there was a variety of choices none of the choices were appealing to me. The eggs looked like something you would find in the frozen food section of the market and microwaved to heat."

"This was the first time that we stayed there and we were so happy with everything.When we were getting ready to leave the girls behind the counter asked me how was everything and I said beautiful and we were going to be back and they clapped."

"My stay was fine. I was there only one night, so my review is based on only my limited experience. I came with my two small dogs, the first pet was free of charge, and the second only $15. The front of house staff was very friendly, thorough, helpful, and accommodating. However, inside the rooms, the metallic bed frames were very loud getting in and out of bed, and the mattresses were lumpy and you could feel the springs underneath. I didn't sleep very comfortably, and because I was on a 16 hr drive, all I desired was a good night's sleep. If the mattress and bed frames provided a better restful sleep, I would have given 5 stars. The staff was fantastic; The downfalls are the location (it's right next to highway 70) and the uncomfortable beds."

"This is an excellent spot, small and exactly what you need. Great for one person, maybe a couple, but as a singular guest, I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Amenities are simple but quality. The AC was great. Only had one lil bug get in and I put him outside without any further incident! Love the area, the nature, and the people around Yellow Springs. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area."
