"Our stay was very pleasant."

"It was okay. Staff were good. We were booked In the old building. We did not know about old and new buildings. Old building guests have to walk or get free cart ride to basement of new building to use the pool. Then take escalator up to lobby near pool. ( Sandals and bathing suits can’t be worn in the lobby. )There is no way to get there except this way for us. The man at the pool informed us we need to bring dry clothes and sneakers. Pool was small anyway . Not worth the hassle or price. Much better options nearby."

"Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. "

"This hotel feels like our second home. It’s our go to hotel every time. It’s not as luxurious as the other ones in Clark but what the hotel offers surpasses that. The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff! Keep up the great job! Looking forward to coming back!"
