Hot air ballon ride in The Loire Valley France for my father's 60th birthday present. Hands down my favorite experience of this trip. We watched other balloons taking off from above while the sun began to set. We also got to see the chateaux we toured from a different perspective, gliding over Château de Chenonceau. Once we landed safely, we had a champagne toast. I highly recommend going on a hot air balloon ride in this area of France. It was absolutely breathtaking.

Chisseaux (Indre-et-Loire) Le Moulin-Fort, moulin fortifié du XVIe siècle. Il s'agit d'un moulin à eau auquel on a ajouté des éléments de défense : machicoulis, archères, tours... Il est situé sur île du Cher, à proximité de l'écluse à aiguilles de Chisseaux. Ce moulin appartenait à Diane de Poitiers. La transformation en manoir est récente. Sur la façade nord, on apperçoit, un très beau monogramme constitué de deux D enlacés avec deux plumes. C'est le monogramme de Diane de Poitiers. Il a été entièrement refait par le scuplteur Patrick Kalita de Civray-en-Touraine. Chisseaux (Indre-et-Loire) Le Moulin Fort, fortified mill of the sixteenth century. This is a water mill with added elements of defense: machicolations, loopholes, towers ... It is situated on Island Cher River, near the lock needle Chisseaux. This mill belonged to Diane de Poitiers. The manor house transformation is recent. On the north side, we perceive, a beautiful monogram consists of two D interlaced with two feathers. This is the monogram of Diane de Poitiers. It has been completely renovated by the sculptor Patrick Kalita of Civray-de-Touraine.

Demeure de la Grisolette (vers 1880_1885). La demeure présente deux bâtiments de style anglo-normand. Residence of the Grisolette (to 1880_1885). The house has two buildings Anglo-Norman style.
