"They allowed us to check in early even without prior request because our flight arrived early, there was also a shuttle available for a reasonable fee from the hotel to our cruise ship. Th e room given to us (2) can accomodate 4 people. I just wish there were more available toiletries, we did not pack any since these are available in the cruise..loved their coffee machine 😊"

"Excellent service and help. We had the room with the bathroom across the hall. The shower is small but otherwise excellent. The public areas had motion detector lights. The owner arranged for drivers from airport and ship. There is a community fridge with drinks available (beer & soda cost on an honor system) and all food in that area is free all day long. The elevator is vintage so quite small. There is a flight of stairs to get up to the floor with the elevator. The staff carried our luggage all the way up and down. If you have tips about snorkeling/diving/surfing, the owner is open to hearing and sharing."

"The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large and included shower gel and shampoo. We had an excellent nights sleep and the bed was super comfy. The kettle and coffee machine are in the main kitchen, another spacious and clean area. The second floor case drag was a pain but we knew that when we booked. The AC worked well as it was 40° when we arrived! We had lunch in Mia Casa (same block) and it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. Getting to the port was an easy walk so worth the stay."

"This an excellent maintained property at the heart of Civitavecchia, it's very close to good restaurants and to shopping. The rooms are modern and the staff is very helpful. It is ideal for those waiting for their Cruises. It is important to notice that Civitavecchia is a very old city, no pun intended, all buildings look old, so it is no surprise that Harmonia apartments are inside an old building looking from the outside, but inside everything is modern and renovated. If you have a car rental, then parking could be problematic but we were able to find parking on the street in front of building. However, that is not a given. Review for a stay in 25-28 of July of 2026."

"Excellent location if you need access to the cruise terminal. Front desk staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Hotel arranged a transfer to the cruise terminal @15 euros pp, which seemed reasonable. This hotel is located in a beautiful section of town, directly adjacent to the public park and beach."

"Our stay at il Giardinetto was on a Saturday for a cruise that left the next day. It was very conveniently located near many restaurants and a 15 min walk to the port entrance. Lorenzo was a fabulous host. Luckily he caught a discrepancy in Google maps that would have led us into a restricted area of the port. Super safe and bustling area."

"We really enjoyed our 1 night stay ahead of joining a cruise. The location was great being halfway between the railway station and the cruise shuttle bus station. It was near the restaurants, supermarket, and seafront. Fiorella met us at the room which was very nice, had a great shower, and air conditioning which we needed. There was a handy lift just big enough for 2 people with luggage which we really appreciated. There was a very nice basket of breakfast treats in the room and 2 bottles of water which were very welcome. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others."
