"Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent"

"We were located on the 19th floor with a magnificent view south overlooking the lake and Parliament house. Parking easy, access to lift foyer easy. There was no Luggage trolley at Basement B2. King Bed very comfortable, nice bath, new furniture and looks like new paint work since we visited 2 years ago. There were no toilet brushes in either bathroom. Overall a pleasing 3 days"

"Spacious rooms. Temperature of the water in the shower constantly switched between red hot and cold. The $10 voucher for skipping housekeeping is useless - can only be used against the biggest breakfast (which is most definitely not worth $34 each). Chromecast used to stream to the TV would not work. Tech in the rooms seemed old."

"Firstly, had an upgrade offer from hotel which we accepted but when checking in staff all rooms were taken so no upgrade. Secondly, we asked to confirm addition of 2 kida for breakfast and received no confirmation back. Thirdly, room's Bar fridge was empty"
