"This is a grand old railroad hotel. It is right at Victoria Station so you cannot beat the location. Upkeep seemed good. The furniture in the room was a bit odd, black stained inexpensive pieces. There was no artwork in the room which was unusual.
The staff went out of their way to help with things like catching a cab or setting up wifi."
"The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room.
The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other...
"The room was clean and staff really friendly. The room for a family of 3 was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was really nice to have the mini kitchen."
"They made us wait until the minute at 3:00 to check in despite there being no presence of maids on our floor. For a deluxe room we had a view of a brick wall and the room was musty. The shower did not drain and had to call maintenance the first day. And, the bathroom door would not stay open. Friendly staff and a good location but I would not say here again."
