"Initial contact wasn’t good. I contacted the hotel before travelling. Told them would be there at around 03:00. I was told to use intercom. It didn’t work. Apparently I should have been given a code but still wouldn’t have my key. Luckily I had family in Deva. Next morning trying to check in I was shouted at by a very rude desk lady whilst trying to explain. I had no paperwork from Expedia. So had to manually fill out forms. "Parking was safe and easy. Views of the castle were amazing. Gym was tired, treadmill didn't work properly. Jacuzzi was cold, jets did not work. My wife went for a walk in the morning and when she came back the staff was rude thinking that she was not a guest. The restaurant was great. "
