"Perfect"

"We got a smallish room in a standard layout. It was sufficient for one night but not more than that. This hotel has a central ironing room for each floor. That's a good idea, especially given the smallish rooms, but the equipment was well maintained. The iron made a lot of noise as steam escaped every but on the clothes and the board cover kept falling off making it difficult to iron. The hotel has a decent food and beverage program that is reasonably priced. While the beds are comfortable the pillows are not, so sleep quality is sub-par. All in all, a relatively good place for a flight layover."

"Nice big room but on arriving late a bit frustrating having to go and find the water tap to fill the jug up. Also, had a Nespresso machine but no pods but had sachets of coffee but no kettle. Rang reception who said there were no pods until the morning, which was fine, and they sent a kettle up, but surely that should have been checked and arranged when the room was prepared. Minor issue but at that price for a room expected better. "

"The Residence Inn itself is an excellent hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. The breakfast had numerous, delicious options. The drawback is despite being so close to the airport, getting to the airport is not straight forward. One can walk more than half a mile with luggage along busy roadways, walk a quarter mile with luggage to catch a shuttle, or call a taxi/Uber. Since the Residence Inn and Courtyard are next to each and have several hundred customers daily that will be going to the airport, a shuttle service would be a great amenity."

"Easy check-in process. Fun high tech room with easily customizable temp/lights, etc which was an amazing feature. Staff was very nice and the breakfast selection was really good. Would love to stay here again both here and in other cities!"

"It’s a bare bones hotel. Things are mostly clean but be sure to pack your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. the room was clean, the view was amazing, and the location was excellent. "
