"It is a neat property with a great location right on tje harbor, and in walking distance to many of the restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops, which are very close to the property. It was fun walking around and going to see the gingerbread cottages nearby as well. It was just me staying there, [on a business trip ], so the room was fine for me, but it’s very small overall. The bed was very comfortable. since I called an advance, they let me reserve a parking spot which was basically right...

"The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System."
