The famous cycle path, which connects San Lorenzo al Mare with Ospedaletti, to which the flat has almost direct access (500m), always runs close to the sea and offers a 24km route through the most touristic villages of the Riviera dei Fiori from Riva Ligure via Arma di Taggia to Sanremo in the western direction and runs all the way to Imperia in the eastern direction: the sea on one side and the hinterland on the other. Truly sensational! Bring your bicycles and take advantage of it (you can also rent them on site at a reasonable price).

The house enjoys a convenient location halfway between Imperia and Arma di Taggia, 900m from the first beach. The area offers private beaches and numerous free beaches where you can practice water sports such as surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Famous tourist destinations such as Sanremo, Taggia, Triora, Bussana Vecchia, Monte Carlo, Nice and Cannes are only a short distance away.

The flat offers a sensational view of the sea and if you are lucky, on clear days, you can even see Corsica in front of you and part of the Gulf of Tuscany to the left. The apartment is on the third floor with lift and is always clean and tidy and very convenient for beach life. It consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. There is also 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All guests have at their disposal: a gas cooker, a fridge with freezer, a toaster, a washing machine, a hair dryer, air conditioning and independent heating, a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs, and 2 private parking spaces and a cellar where you can store your bicycles. The terrace will offer excellent opportunities for an aperitif after the beach!
