First off the hotel guy in the front is AMAZING. Very friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean. Beds are comfortable. No complaints at all. Will definitely continue to stay here and recommend to others!

This was a great experience. Staff was kind, respectful and courteous. The room felt like home and it was very clean. It had everything we needed except ice and a coffee machine. I would recommend to family and friends.

Great atmosphere, and great customer service

Everyone in the staff there was so nice and friendly and also very welcoming. The atmosphere of this hotel is very nice. We ended up here after a weird mishap with our original booking for our trip to Cincinnati. The rooms were nice and clean, the pool was great, the breakfast was good, and also the whole atmosphere was genuinely excellent. If i ever make it down to Cincinnati again I am definitely going to stay at the LivINN hotel.

The lady that helped me at the front desk was very nice, but that was about all that there is good to say about this property. The rooms are trashed and in disrepair, the bed has the thinnest blanket I've seen yet, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. I could hear loud dogs barking most of the night in the room next to me. The bed was comfortable though.

Surprise surprise

It served its purpose of quiet and peace.. the conditions were not satisfactory. There wasn’t any wash rags,a chair, desk or coffee machine. No curtains. The room had roaches.

They kept both our driver licenses under counter for about 5 minutes doing something when we checked in. No elevator had to go up 3 flights of stairs with bad hip and knees. Opened door on 3rd floor an Marijuana smell knocked us over. No working tv no working phone There was no coffee pot waste basket or wash cloths and the air didn't work as it should but could have overlooked that. The lady at front desk and the maintenance man were very courteous and the room had been recently been painted and maybe new flooring
