"The location near the Ala Archa National Park is a great advantage of this hotel. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night. The rooms need updates: old paint on the walls, old carpet, twin beds were rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was scarce, there were a lot of baked goods, but everything was cold, no regular bread & butter, no eggs or vegetables, tea was lukewarm. I'd not stay here again if only for the convenient location."

"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it."

"Staffs are super friendly, food at the restaurant here is delicious. The room is clean and nice. Stunning view and great place for relaxing. Overall I really love it!!"
