"Old hotel, corridors carpets had holes in patched up with tape. Leak in room 20 sink causing constant wet floor (clearly the room staff are not trained to look out for this…. Not their fault I’ll add….management!) Odd layout to walk upstairs and downstairs to get to your room. The hotel is propped up by the really friendly staff. Expensive for an old hotel. "

"This hotel never disappoints From easy check in (with helpful and friendly staff on hand) to excellent rooms all clean and spotlessly tidy, breakfast is amazing, with plenty of tasty choices and hot food all cooked well."

"Nothing at all wrong with the hotel. Clean, nice views of garden, huge bed. It was the noise of the other guests that kept me awake after deciding that 11:30 at night was the best time to have a loud pointless conversation on the landing. Hotel was fine and i had no issues with it. Staff are very helpful and polite. Would stay with them again if i have to."

"Lovely little cottage in a very nice small town. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Although no parking is available outside the front of the cottage, we had no problem parking in the road outside under the bridge as suggested. We enjoyed the walks along the Humber with the path starting right behind the cottage. This is perfect for dog owners like us.We took a trip to Withernsea (about 40mins) where there is a vast expanse of beach to explore (also great for dogs). Also went into central Hull which was a short drive from the cottage.We would certainly be very happy to stay here again next time we are in the area as we had a very pleasant stay."

"5 stars isn’t enough for Eastdale B&B. The property is immaculate. Liz is an exemplary host. The breakfast was excellent and was all quality ingredients. Parking is easy. I travel extensively for business and Eastdale B&B is the best accommodation I have stayed in for a very long time."

"I grabbed a pillow from the wardrobe that was in a "clean" plastic bag, the pillow was infested with bed bugs as I got bitten on my head, neck, hands and arms. My wife, who was next to me, was not bitten, so I assume it was the pillow. Pls take necessary measures to clean."
