"The elevator to the hotel room was stupid. We came back to the hotel to be met with a coach load being dropped off and only one elevator would come down at a time. The air con in the room was not working. The bed was comfy. The room was immaculate. Staff were polite and helpful. Coffee however was 3 euros for half a cup. There’s a Mcd down the street just go there and leave the hotel coffee be. Overall not the worst I’ve stayed in but I will not be staying here again as it was just not enjoyable. "

"Bit out of centre of Vienna but there are lots of options of transport to the town. Easy access with public transport "

"Convenient super market access as is in same building. Slightly difficult to find reception at first as elevators require room key to use. Best route is to enter into the building where the tall sign is that mentions the hotel and speak to reception just inside door."

"The staff are friendly. Clean room and have a billard room and game room where you can you 24/7. The place is near on public transport connect to the city and near to the airports. Room is air conditioned which is very nice on summer.Highly recommended "

"Wifi speed is amazing. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast choice was good. Room is quite small and amenities could be better. There’s is no kettle in the room. Location is great with bus and trams right in front. Supermarket and small eateries in walking distance. "
