"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The room overlooked the take off runway but we could not hear the noise at all from the planes."

"The Thistle at Terminal 5 has never disappointed. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is a wonderful buffet including a full English breakfast. If you're flying from Heathrow it is an excellent place to stay the night before traveling."

"We stayed in an executive king room for the weekend for my daughter's 12th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were extremely well looked after by all of the staff and we were very impressed with the hotel, especially the VIP lounge which we had access to due to booking an executive room. As well as this, the hotel provided some lovely birthday gifts for my daughter, which she was very excited to receive when we arrived in the room. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!"

"Property and room were clean and good quality. We had a classic room with tea and coffee facilities that were available for top up in communal area at Hyde Park property. Staff were polite and approachable. Quiet enough on 3rd floor at night. Would stay again."
