Gîte Champfleury

  • The cottage is set on a plot of 3000m2 with spectacular views of the mountains, the vineyards and the lake of Bourget. The exterior is really nice and not overlooked, with shaded terraces and its bowling green.<br>In addition, you will have access to a wild beach on foot in 2 minutes. The accommodation has been completely renovated by the owners with good services (complete insulation of the house, new bathrooms with a two-seater jacuzzi, fully equipped and new kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 with TV. A large living room with open kitchen of 45 m2 will be able to accommodate holidaymakers in summer and winter.<br>Come and discover our beautiful region, a wine-growing land of the chautagne with its many sports and tourist activities.<br>The cottage is 300 m walk from a small beach on the shores of Lake Bourget, at the gates of the regional park of Bauges, above cliffs very appreciated by climbing enthusiasts, 4 km from the port of Chatillon and 7 km from Conjux and its water activities, 9 km from Chanaz, medieval village on the banks of the Savières canal and 10 km from Aix les Bains, another face of Savoy between lake and mountain.

Beautiful Place in the heart of the French Alpine Riviera!

We were greeted very kindly by the owner who gave us a tour of the place! The place was very spacious and beautifully renovated. It is located near a vineyard with grapes growing off the vines! So perfect for getting to Chanaz, Aix-Les-Baines et Annecy! We would love to stay here again! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. The home was spacious with 3 bedrooms and a large dining room and sitting room. The kitchen was very well equipped! The outdoor space was wonderful- with plenty of seating and incredible views of the adjacent vineyard, cliffs, and lake!! A perfect place for our group of 6 to enjoy the French countryside!

Localisation idéale pour decouvrir le lac du Bouget et d'Annecy

Location choisie pour découvrir Les lacs du Bouget et d'Annecy, faire de la randonnée, visiter l'abbaye d'Hautecombe, le village de Chanaz, les goreges du Fier...tout en profitant d'une Location proposant 3 chambres, bien équipée avec terrasse et terrain de pétanque dont nous avons profité... l'espace de vie est vaste comme les chambres... seuls inconvénients le chemin d'accès un peu caotique pour une voiture même normale et la proximité de la route n'est pas propice à la grace matinée... la prestation est néanmoins très bien et l'accueil impeccable... si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons.

Séjour très agréable et bien organisé . Nous avons passés les fêtes de Noël en famille très réussie la maison est jolie et bien équipée.Les hôtes sont très attentionnés et réactifs. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Fort Agréable

Maison très bien agencée et équipée. Les aménagements extérieurs sont parfaits. Le terrain de pétanque est à l'ombre tout l'après-midi. Merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité.

Un bel endroit, très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour de deux nuits dans ce gîte. Il est confortable, bien équipé, conforme à sa description. La route est proche de la maison mais non visible depuis le jardin qui est entouré de vignes et de verdure. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par des hôtes flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Bref, un bel endroit que je recommande.
