Perfect for families

Our stay was once again perfect! This time around we rented both units, and it worked for our family. The location is very central to Chimaltenango and not to far from Antigua. It was very clean and management was always fast when contacting them.

This is as good as it’s going to get in chimaltenango. Chimal is chaotic, crowded, noisy and ugly, but if you need to stay there, this place is great! There is a washer, dryer and laundry soap! The shower and kitchen are huge! Wifi works, decent space, pretty flowers, nice personal touches. Bed was hard. A critter crawled in the cieling : I could see it white little underbelly and long fleshy tail. We could hear the critters on the roof at night. Dogs barking and people setting off fireworks. But it was dec 30th so what can you expect. It’s still relatively quiet for Chimal. Parking on side of road instead of the empty garage. The host did not upload checkin instructions but we were lucky to catch her when she opened the building for cleaning. She gave us keys and let us leave our bags in the garage. Glass windows and plants make the place charming. The roof probably is bad. Drop cieling and stucco peeling in places ( some of the prettiest apartments in Spain have this problem too w thevwalls). The overall feeling is damp. It’s still great and I would rent it again. Be careful of dog poop outside

Perfect for families of all ages!

Our trip to Chimaltenango was great thanks to our beautiful accommodations. The setup of the home was great! It had a large kitchen, laundry room, big bathroom, and the bedroom was perfect. Our host was also very accommodating and was very attentive to our needs. The location was very safe and you can walk to several stores and bakeries that are just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
