I had a great trip, and would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Chicago. The hotel and rooms were clean, the hotel offered lots of services and was in a great location. In addition to a great location there was a beautiful view from the hotel windows!

Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown South Loop
Long lines and wait times for breakfast. Not enough food. The room didn’t smell good and the tv network didn’t work.

On this visit things were ok other than, be told after check in there were issues with the hot water. They gave extra blankets. The staff was very nice and understanding my frustration. Maria n Héctor

Best Western Grant Park Hotel
We lost power to our room on the last day of our stay. Valet parking was listed as available, but was sold out and we had to park several blocks away. It ended up being fine, but it just wasn't what we expected. No breakfast, only an attached restaurant that gives 10% off.
