Futon mat beds weren’t super comfortable but that was to be expected and the less fussy members of my family thought they were fine. Room was very clean and it was quiet. Kettle, fridge and toothbrush etc were provided. Lawson’s downstairs was convenient. Shuttle to and from Narita Airport runs regularly and was timely.
