"The property was fantastic. Clean, fresh and the breakfast was great! The staff was great as well. everything was wonderful, except for one small detail...the most important for a hotel...the bed....That was awful. My spouse and I both woke up with extremely sore backs after trying to sleep on the mattress. Thankfully we were able to book a massage that next day to help alleviate our sore backs."

"Spring House Inn is definitely somewhere that my family will stay again. It was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and we loved that we had a balcony, even on the ground floor! It has a nice pool with a whirlpool and sauna. It is an older building, but is well kept. There are plenty of nice places around the building to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Inside has many places to sit and enjoy as well. I loved the decor - all of the antique items on display. The fact that it is close to the Dunes and several places to eat is a plus! We live in a nearby city, but needed a place to get away to when our power went out in the big storm that hit NW Indiana. We are so glad we chose Spring House Inn!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. We love that the house is pet friendly. There was plenty of space on the beach for us and our dog, Brodie, to have some space to wander around. There was a storm while we were there that left us without some basic necessities, but the homeowner went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable. We hope to return again next summer!"

"We had a comfortable stay at the Furness Mansion. Very close to Indiana Dunes National Park and also nearby points of interest. The unit is spacious with free use of washer & dryer located at the entrance of the building. The only thing negative is the response time from the hosts. I sent a couple of messages and never received a response. My inquiries were not critical but a simple response would have been nice as a courtesy."
