Other things to note:

Please do not allow anyone in your party to climb on railings, bannisters, retaining walls, stairwells, decks, etc where there is a possibility of a fall. You are responsible for your party and by confirming your reservation you accept the responsibility to keep your party safe. Please notify us of any safety concerns you have upon check-in and we will be happy to have those items addressed quickly.

Pet Policy:
We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

Please no parties and the parking area only allows for 4 vehicles. Unless you're driving a large SUV or truck -- then we can only accommodate 3 vehicles. AWD/4x4 recommended but not required. Recently installed Starlink so WiFi has improved, but still not the same speeds you’ll get in the city. Cabin is remote, but you’ll have no issues streaming your favorite shows or movies. at the cabin is not great. If you're looking to enrich your experience by spending time outside soaking in the views this is the place for you.
