"Room I reserved was not available when I arrived. Whole place had an odd smell like incense. Was given a room with smaller bed. Pillows were smallest I have seen besides decorative pillows. Shower handle was very hard to turn. Worried it would break off trying to turn on water. My wife got a pizza that was possibly worst I have ever had but still expensive. We did not gamble as we were just sleeping and leaving next day traveling. Maybe a good casino (I don’t know) but hotel was not great in our experience."

"Stains on the couch, drain in the shower didn't drain well so the water was up to my ankles by the time I finished the shower, the staff was very nice though"

"Hotel used to be a Holiday Inn, which has a new property across the street. The building does show signs of its age. While the room was clean, the decor and carpet seemed to be original, maybe repainted. But the price was the best in the area, ideal for a quick break overnight. Breakfast was good. "

"I recommend staying at Hampton Inn Ft Smith. The Hot tub and pool was really nice and spacious. Great furniture! The Hot tub is outside and really enjoyed the night sky while relaxing. Don't forget your key card to get back in to the pool area. The hotel has great decorative decor throughout. They have a nice library and other common areas for each floor. I really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and carpet seemed clean as well. That's rare. Plenty of towels, dispensers for the soaps and conditioner. The room was very quiet. Staff was 10 out of 10. Everyone seemed so friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious. They had a large waffle maker and another waffle maker to make 4 minis at work ne time. The variety was enough to meet all of our dietary needs. Over all, rooms very clean, guest goody bag upon check in, coffee pods in room, fridge and microwave. Hallways clean and quiet. Many public bathrooms throughout the Hampton Inn making it worry free for most of us. I had the best time and felt very welcomed. I am already planning another stay with my husband this time. Our stay was very relaxing and positive."

"Parking lot was dark and horrible, so i parked my car upfront by the office and the street. My room didnt even have a trash can in it. The floors were dirty the sheets were stained couldnt get the tv to work the was no coffee pot no ice bucket not even an ice machice. No lamps. Just over stay was a very bad experience if i could have got a refund i would have and went some where else."

"Super fun place to stay, impeccable theming with lots if sweet surprises. Great yard for our doggo. We appreciated having a washer and dryer, nicely stocked kitchen (yay for keurig). Our hosts were super welcoming. "
