"Overall, for a small town, this place was decent. The pool was nice, but care should be taken as small children can easily access it. They do have a place in the pool for small children. The food at the hotel was satisfying. The small playground was fun for the kids. While the resort is situated by the "lake," it is actually a pond. The staff were helpful and spoke sufficient English to allow for communication."

"The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby. The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room. Beds were ok. No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well. Checkout was painful as they included additional items in our room from the date prior to my check in date. Then hotel said they couldn't confirm payment from hotels.com. so asked for...
