This place was very nice. It had all the amenities that I was looking for. There were two problems. When we arrived, the code for the door had not been reset, so we had to sit outside with our belongings while I called Vacasa. Vacasa was terrible. it took 3 times of telling the person on the phone that I couldn't get in before they finally figured out what the problem really was. Then we had to wait while they contacted the property manager. It was an hour before she was able to reset the code for the door lock. Once inside, the condo was very nice. The next problem is when we went out to dinner that evening. Again, the door wouldn't open. This time the lock mechanism itself was not working. The Vacasa agent again took at least 3 times to be able to figure out what was the problem, despite the fact that I expained the problem very clearly. I had the number for the property manager, so I called her. No answer, but she called me back within 5 minutes. She drove over from her house about 10 minutes away. Just before she arrived, the door managed to unstick itself, and we got in. The property manager was very nice, and we determined that the door latch mechanism was not working properly. She said she would send maintenance out the next day to fix the door. There were no other problems. Loved the condo and had a nice time. Luckily the weather was beautiful, so sitting outside was just an inconvenience, not a miserable experience. I would stay here again. Nice
