"First of all i liked everything, clean , next to the beach , staff are smiling and very helpful, rooms are big with a large terrace and sea view. They add extra water , kettle , coffee and tea in the room in addition to a fridge , aircondition. Calm. Safe. As for the food we had the chance to have the breakfast, delicious, generous, pure Lebanese, they serve a tray of labne , cheese, zaatar, vegetables , eggs, jam , halawa , ur choice off coffee, in addition to the orange juice and tea....

I was trying to take pictures in the rain and the desk attendant very helpfully provided a big umbrella and offered to hold it. Not a lot of eating places or supermarkets nearby, but there are places down the mountain a little ways."

The whole place, our room, amenities, attention to detail and the breakfast was to die for. The daily breakfast was fabulous. The sweetest lady chef and helpers prepared our omelets, fresh oregano pies, and special tea to perfection and much more. "We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking...
