Novotel Poitiers Site du Futuroscope

"The first thing you notice is the fancy modern building. It can be a bit of walk to the main entrance, but the staff at reception were welcoming, efficient and helpful. Our family room was ready, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was clean and spacious including shower gel, shampooand conditioner. Everything felt good quality. Nice pool to enjoy too with towels provided, and also a games room for the kids with several things to play with. You beed to buy tokens at 1€ each. The restaurant dining was a good experience and not overly expensive. My son has a limited pallet but we still found food he would eat. Really enjoyable and good portions. I recommend the chicken caesar salad. Breakfast was buffet style and offered great choice. We would stay there again."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was just a short drive to Chatellerault. Difficult to access. Apparently the reception does not open till 5 on a Friday. We understood it opened at 12 every day. Also when we removed the plug to let out a basin of water it flowed all over the floor underneath the basin. There was no air conditioning so it was very hot."

"Fidèle à cet établissement depuis des années, nous sommes satisfait de l’évolution concernant les petits déjeuners ( maintenant buffet en self service) La chambre , le coin WC - douche, tout etait propre. Votre hôtel sera toujours notre lieu d’étape entre la Bourgogne et la Côte Atlantique"

"A very nice stay in a lovely old building that has been sympathetically modernised and included air conditioning It is a 5 min walk to the river and we went to a very nice restaurant around the corner that the hotel owner recommended"

"We only stayed for one night, the hotel looked a bit tired when we arrived, and the room could do with updating. However, what an experience we had. David on reception was so helpful and pleasant to us, Barthelenie was really helpful at the bar, but Lola went beyond the normal to make our evening enjoyable, she even invited the chief to come and say hello when we complemented him for the great food. The cover of the book definitely did not reflect the quality of its content. Thank you to you all for a fabulous stay."

"Great hotel to visit futurascope, basic room but very comfortable good air con. Restaurant was good we came out of park to eat then went back for the night show. Park is about 10/15 mins walk. Breakfast was ok €13pp buffet style."

"The owner was at the desk and recommended a nice brasserie to eat: the hotel was comfortable, in an old stone building with a lot of character. The room was comfortable the bedding perfect and we had a little sitting corner. We did not try the restaurant because it was closed but you will find plenty of places to have a good meal at a reasonable price. Will return in a heart beat."
