"It is super close to the airport. It is very clean. Comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful. Coffee needs help. And no one wants to deliver food. Or it is crazy outrageously expensive to get simple orders delivered. Other than that no complaints at all. Would stay there again."

"Very convenient to Tucson International Airport, just outside the entrance. The Staff was incredibly helpful from arranging for a private driver to printing boarding passes. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within a three mile limit and then pick you up, so getting to restaurants is easy. The breakfast has a nice variety of food items that change daily. The room was clean and maid service came every other day. WIFI was fast. It would be nice if the hotel had a business office for printing the boarding passes instead of going through the front desk. The hotel has two elevators but the middle one did not work (it would have opened right at our room) and it was not repaired over the week we stayed there. We would stay there again, however."

"The Hyatt was the one hotel on a street with various hotels that did not have a clearly visible or well-lit sign and I missed the hotel by a mile. So, better signage would be my suggestions. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, clean rooms, comfy bed. I'd definitely stay there again."
