Our room was very spacious and comfortable and so clean! The staff were friendly and kind, breakfast timing was flexible and food was very good! The B&B was close to everything, which was fantastic for walking around and having a large parking space for our vehicle was an added bonus! Also, the area and the B&B were quiet.
Wonderful inn, very comfortable room, walking distance to restaurants and shops in the core of the city, friendly staff, and great breakfast included. Only negative issue was the loud a/c fan in the room.
Excellent staff! Breakfast was simple, but quite tasty. Parking easy on the property.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The inn is in a good location for walking around. Unfortunately it needs a bit of maintenance updating. Our wall unit AC worked but had a funky smell. Breakfast was abundant. Lots of choices and the staff was eager to accommodate anyone with decaf or time constraints. Friendly and helpful staff and adequate parking on site.
A genuine gem in Charlottetown. The staff make you feel like family from the moment you arrive, and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere turns every stay into a highlight. Easily our best experience in PEI — a place we’d return to without hesitation.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Family of four with two young kids under 5. It’s not the cute BnB experience we were hoping for. It’s clean and basic. Does the trick for a sleep. It’s a glorified motel and that’s not necessarily a bad thing just not what we were hoping for.
Clean room is my number one expectation and they did that well.
Location is a nice walk into town. Parking is easy.
Bed- soft for my liking but overall fine. Sheets nice.
TV did not work for us. As there is no one to speak with after 5:30 at the desk this was not resolved. Minor issue as wifi was adequate.
Breakfast was poor, very small portions and cold.
Room had an odor to it and the AC was a bit loud
Overall for the price was not an unreasonable the value - if you are doing a short stay- 1-2 days it could work.
The room was clean and nicely appointed, but bed mattresses were old and lacked firm support. Staff were polite, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was varried for our 3 day stay and good quality and variety. Location is very convenient walk to Queen Street for restaurants and shops, and to Victoria Park on the ocean. I plan to stay again in the future.
