Located in central Charlottesville in the lovely Greenbrier neighborhood, this 3-bedroom single level home offers a quiet place to relax while enjoying all the local amenities. 5 minutes from the downtown walking mall, 10 minutes from UVA campus and hospital, 15 minutes to Monticello and Carter mountain, 20 minutes to the airport. Convenient to everything. A beautiful neighborhood with mature trees, sidewalks, and many parks and trails nearby. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Tell us what you need ahead of time and we'll make sure all your accommodation needs are met! Locally owned so there's never a problem with communication and any issues that come up can be dealt with promptly. An always-on generator ensures that even with loss of electricity, your stay will continue uninterrupted. We have a selection of teas and Nespresso coffees, snacks and beverages waiting for you. Pet friendly! - we know how important your four- legged companions are. A fenced in back yard ensures their safety for potty and play times. A wonderful stay for the Christmas holidays. The host was very attentive and we loved the Xmas decorations. The house was very comfortable and the backyard was great for our dog.A great stay. We plan to come back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home not far from UVA, which was perfect for our family of 4 and dog, who loved the fenced in back yard. It was clean and spacious and the owners were flexible, responsive, and very hospitable with lovely touches throughout to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!
