The mansion was beautiful, my room was gorgeous and spacious, the property and gardens were delightful and the breakfast was amazing. This is not your typical breakfast. All the staff were so helpful and service professionals.

Overall fine. Interesting history. Breakfast was good. Not much going on the 2 nights we stayed and 100 degree temps kept us from walking and exploring much. Housekeeping very responsive, front desk staff smoking on the front porch 🙃.

Stunning place to stay. So much history. The area where the mansion is located is beautiful. The room was nice, the bed was super comfy, hotel staff are fantastic and very eager to help. Breakfast was delicious with many things to choose from. We were even able to order off the menu. We had an issue with the heat, but it was promptly taken care of. We would most definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Duke while in Charlotte to visit my daughter. The location was ideal, the hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this old world restored mansion and the extremely helpful staff!
