Imagine walking into a beautifully decorated home straight out of a magazine! All your troubles melt away & you breath a sigh of relief. This is the place to stay for business or pleasure! This 5-star home is a rare find. Newly renovated 5 bedroom, 3 baths, split level home situated very close to Charlotte. Spacious but cozy, private & relaxing. Close to the airport, Uptown & everything Charlotte has to offer. Perfect for couple, business travelers and families

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, microwave, electric range, refrigerator with water/ice, cooking basics & spices, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, kitchen table seats 6 and breakfast nook for 4, kitchen island seats 4.

This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and complaints from neighbors means you will be asked to vacate without a refund. No smoking of any kind, no parties, events or guests not listed on the reservation. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine will be assessed + additional cleaning fees will be charged. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. We will ask you to confirm that you and all guests will comply with house rules prior to releasing the address and entry code. No music allowed in backyard. Thank you for your understanding.

Up to 2 dogs of any size are welcome for an additional fee of $200 per dog. Pets must be named at the time of booking to avoid a request to pay applicable fees and/or damages and vacate immediately. Cats are not permitted - we love them but are highly allergic. Exotic animals and reptiles are not allowed.

Good Stay

Overall, this was a good property and we had a pleasant stay. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated.It was great to have five bedrooms.I understand it was necessary for safety reasons, but the child gate at the top of the stairs was a hassle to squeeze through, especially with luggage in tow.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful experience during our extended stay at the property. It was exactly what we needed while working in the area. Steve is an extremely accommodating host. We truly appreciate all the efforts you made to ensure our comfort. If the occasion ever arises, we would definitely stay again.

Lovely Home

The home was lovely and perfect for our stay in the Charlotte area. The host was very responsive and delightful to work with on a few minor details that required attention. Would certainly recommend for families or groups needing a quiet place to stay when visiting the area.

Cute & Clean

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. Very clean and organized. The bedrooms had nice mattresses. There were not a ton of kitchen supplies which would have been problematic for a longer stay. The community has the houses extremely close together. We thought a kid crying was our kid but it was in the home next door. Almost like apartment living but homes. Overall very pleased and would stay again. It’s very convenient to stores, etc.

Family Gathering

The home was perfect for our group. Plenty of bedrooms and large seating area. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare holiday meals. We enjoyed walking in the lovely surrounding neighborhood.We did agree that bath towels and bedroom pillows need to be replaced with better quality to earn a 5 star rating.

I would do it again!

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. The property was nice and spacious. The fenced yard was a plus for our pets as well! We spent most of our time in nearby towns but regardless, the house met all our needs for local shopping, sleeping, eating at home and 10+ people getting ready together. 100% recommended this property for rental. Steven was a most gracious host.

Excellent Choice for Families

We needed accomodtions on short notice for a family gathering in Matthews/S. Charlotte. We had 5 adults, 3 older kids (11,12,13) and 2 therapy dogs. This was the perfect solution! Everyone had their own bed, fenced yard and super quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend, host was communicative and easy to work with. Family wedding visit

Extremely comfortable & spacious house, with all the amenities for a home away from home. Perfect for our large family that traveled from several states & cross country for a wedding in Matthews area. Stephen was responsive to everyone’s request if something came up. Only 1minor thing was the house was missing the hot-tub that was mentioned on the VRBO listing, much to my sister & mother’s chagrin, but we had a great time nonetheless the-less! Would definitely rent again if ever in the area.

Clean, Beautiful, and Restful

Sparkling clean, beautiful retreat for our family visit with five adults. Exactly as pictured. My first time renting from VRBO. The hosts were very responsive and made it an easy visit. Events bring family and friends together.

This house is perfect for families and friends to make memories while visiting NC !! The open floor format on the 1st floor makes it so convenient for everyone to be together . Whether eating, watching TV or playing games wherever you are on the 1st floor you are all together. The beds are very comfy!! Everything is clean ! Pictures are exactly how the house looks!! I would most certainly stay here again..

Country Gem

First and foremost, this property was immaculately clean. Communication with the host was superb. Check in was so easy. The neighborhood is gorgeous! If you are looking for a quiet escape this area is for you. I loved how there was a room downstairs with a full bathroom for my older parents. This house is also very kid friendly. It has everything you can possibly need. Thank you for having us!

Very comfortable stay and excellent place for kids

I stayed here with my mother, toddler, and several friends during a trip to Charlotte. We decided to stay outside of Charlotte as this house fit all our needs. It was VERY comfortable for our toddler who was loved playing in the "kids" room with very thoughtful play kitchen. It was easy check in/check out process. Will stay here again! Thank you!

Excellent stay

I came with a group of 11 and the house was perfect for us! We were able to cook several meals for everyone throughout the week from the stocked supplies and there was ample seating for everyone. The beds were very comfortable as well!
