Make sure you have a back up plan. We were unable to get into this unit and the response from the host was delayed. We were given directions to retrieve a fob to access the elevator but there was no lock box with the number on it from the instructions. We were given 2 other boxes to look into but there was no fob in either one. We had to scramble to find another place to stay late that night after going to a show. When I asked for a refund the host was quite rude. He said I needed to take personal accountability for being too drunk to find the key fob. We were not drunk upon arrival and had a couple drinks at the dinner/show. Thankfully I took videos of our ordeal and am working with VRBO to get a refund. The pictures looked great, but our experience was terrible. 0 stars and this felt like a scam.
