The home has a fully furnished kitchen, living room and den. The patio has a gas grill, table, and fire and ice table for outdoor relaxation. You will be convenient to shopping, dining, golf, and key attractions, plus walking distance to an in-neighborhood full grocery, as well as tennis and basketball courts.

The home has 4 bedrooms, all upstairs. There are 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bath. The second full bath is in the hall upstairs and the half bath is downstairs.

Bedroom 4 - Full (Double) and Single

There is also a Queen blow up mattress in the entrance hall closet.

Guest Access:

You have full house and patio access.



You enter using a smart lock on the back door close to where you park.



Other Things to Note:

We require all guests to sign an agreement acknowledging our house rules.



For security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed at the property. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property and are active 24/7.



No cameras are installed inside the rental's private living spaces or in the interior of the property.
