Throughout the apartment, revel in brand-new flooring, top-tier appliances, chic décor, stylish light fixtures, and ample space for both leisure and privacy.


🍽️ A Fully-Equipped Kitchen and Dining Area: Ascend a flight of stairs to discover the spacious kitchen and dining area. Enjoy brand new Whirlpool appliances, a breakfast bar with four stools, butcher block countertops, open shelves, coffee maker, toaster, vintage-style microwave, and essential cooking tools. The modern dining table for six, bathed in Charleston sunshine, is perfect for shared meals. A stacked washer and dryer unit is conveniently located in this area.

🛋️ Large, Comfortable Living Room: The open living room, adjacent to the kitchen, offers the perfect space for relaxation and companionship. Lounge on the large L-shaped sectional sleeper sofa, surrounded by a coffee table, club chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a built-in wet bar.

🛏️ 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms: Venture down a short hallway to find two bedrooms, each boasting a plush king-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, a flat-screen TV, spacious closets, and an overhead light with a ceiling fan. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, new fixtures, stone sink countertops, and a full bathtub/shower. The second bathroom, accessible from the hall, features stunning black and white ornate tile, new stone sink countertops, fixtures, and a glass stand-up shower.

first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside
