When I called to the service desk I was told house keepers called out and they only serviced check out rooms first. When checking in and associating with the check in desk, the associate was always on a personal phone call either via video chat or with headphones in. It was a very unprofessional environment, poorly staff, and service was one of the worst I've ever had at a hotel before. "
