"Property is nice and comfortable, nice bed and decoration very luxurious, but I have some complaints, the water pressure in the sink was too high I had to be very careful so no to splash it and even though it was really difficult. Same with the liquid soap you push and it comes a lot so took too long washing hands. Finally the toilet douche or temperature adjustment didn’t work, I come from America so I was not expecting it anyway but it would had been nice. Personal very nice and helpful....

"Free draft beer in the evenings was a plus. Bed was comfortable. At check-in, we were told breakfast was included, it was not. There were no USB or US plugs in the room. The shower door would not close completely leading to water on the floor. A serious security issue is that the room number is taped onto each door card.

"I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10."
