Eastlake Suites Hotel & Conference Center By OYO Urbana
Homeless hanging around in and out of the hotel, no hot water for showers, no bar or restaurant open. Pool not open. Crack pipe in the hallway! Slamming doors all night. Filthy! The room was very clean and the vibes were just amazing! Staff greeted us with kindness, and the hotel was just beautiful with many accessible amenities.

Best Western Plus Champaign/Urbana Inn
Rooms were gross-bathroom was locked from the inside. Pool was broken with no warning about that when booking. We ended up not staying a single night and were told we wouldn’t get a refund. Would never book again.
