Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- bathroom;
- a living room with a convertible sofa (140x200) for relaxing after a day out.
The following facilities are available: Filter coffee machine, Parking / Garage, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Terrace, Tumble dryer, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Balcony.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Accommodation highlights:
- Possibility to have lunch on the balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains;
- Quiet, well-maintained residence;
- A beautiful walk along the river Arve takes you to Chamonix town centre, which is only about 20 minutes away;
- Bus stops are located nearby to take you to the Flegere or Grands montés ski areas.
The accommodation is located :
- close to a pretty little lake (right next to the residence) ;
- close to the Flégère cable car, with its beautiful walks (Petit Balcon, Lac Blanc, Paradis des Praz, etc.) and Chamonix golf course;
- 10 minutes' walk from a grocery shop in the village of Les Praz. It offers fresh bread and quality organic products;
- and close to a tobacconist, post office and various bars and restaurants.
You'll have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
