"It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"

"Bedsheets had holes, Hotel is very down and we need to go down a steep passage to reach hotel. 25 minutes from Shimla Railway Station. 15 Minutes from Mall Road."

Moreover they denied any help and asked us to talk to Expedia. The worst property. It is very far and off route of main Shimla. Route is not safe and stay is difficult as it takes lot of time to reach hotel"
