"The host never reached out to provide instructions to access the place and we had to scramble once we got there to contact them and figure it out. Otherwise the property is clean and conveniently close to the train station. That area is a bit sketchy but it’s convenient. Would’ve rated it higher if the host proactively reached out knowing we had booked and were arriving."

"Excellent place, excellent staff, excellent support everything about this place is just great!"

"Good"

"Magnifique séjour dans ce petit hôtel au calme et dans un cadre sans reproche. Accueil chaleureux, charmant et délicieux."

"This place is a hidden gem! The moment I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It was much more spacious than I had expected and spotlessly clean. "The room is good for a short stay. It’s clean, has all the essentials and it’s very close to the port, which is exactly what I needed to catch an early ferry to Capri. Also very close to the airport. Address and instructions to check in - if done after hours - are provided by the host. Very easy to understand and execute. "Great location and very clean"

"Clean and comfortable. Very nice accommodations. Checking in late was not straight forward but Praise God one of the residents knew who to call to get us connected with checking in. Caserta is a very nice town and the people were very friendly. For after hours check in go to Tropicana Cafe on the right. They have the key. Breakfast is bread and cafe, no protein is offered."
