This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooftop bar was delightful, with an amazing view of Florence. The gym was well-equipped and just adjacent to the bar, so you could enjoy the view from there. We had a few things we needed help with, and the staff were so helpful

Our private room was clean and well stocked with essentials, beds were clean and comfy and changed everyday. The hotel was in a great location and had security on the door which helped us feel safe, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great value for money!
