"Great hotel directly across the street from the central train station, which is not only a convenient way to travel to/from Napoli, but also to get back & forth to the tourist sites in the area, such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Reggia di Caserta, all of which we visited and enjoyed. We had a spacious, comfy corner room with small balconies and views of the piazza. Everything in the room was wonderful, although the bed was very hard, which messed with my husband's back a bit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to help out with a special request. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. There is a pretty decent gym with enough equipment to get the job done, though it gets no air flow and it gets very warm in there, fyi. Nice to sweat a bit in the winter though! "

"All of the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was with a very comfortable bed and spotless. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast which had a good choice for all and plenty of it. Couldn’t fault our stay"

"We arrived a day late because of flight issues and were not refunded or credited any amount. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room with two queen size beds and plenty of room to spread out. It was on the same level as the common balcony so we could exit out the sliding doors and enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a coastal view of the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was a huge assortment of American, and European style and a fresh orange juice squeezing machine that you could feed oranges and it would deliver wonderfully fresh OJ. It was a bit of a walk up from downtown, but that kept the noise and chaos of the chistmas crowds at least 3 blocks away from the hotel making car service super easy. We enjoy lounge access with limited refreshments but it worked well for a cold drink after a long day on your feet."

"Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful. Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely. Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny. The location is also great - close to good restaurants and major sites easily accessible. There is a convenient taxi stand just next door. "

"The hotel is very luxurious. The staff extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfast room and buffet offerings outstanding. The rooftop Martini Bar is incredible. The gardens are spectacular. Laura, at the desk was warm, friendly and a great help to us generally and especially attentive when arranging transportation for us. All of the breakfast room attendents were very friendly and helpful, smiling and cordial. The location is grest and view from our balcony just amazing. A wonderfiul stay at this beautiful hotel!"
