"This was my 4th stay at Rioca Posto 2 and it continues to be my number one choice whenever I’m in Vienna. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent with easy access to transport links around the city. The rooms are a great size and very well equipped with a small kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, which makes longer stays especially convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and even the soap smelled amazing. I also really enjoy the unique Brazilian theme throughout the hotel — it gives the place a fun and vibrant atmosphere that stands out from typical hotels. Overall, another great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna."

"Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey. Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel. However I would stay there again. Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road."

"A disturbing lack of personal or hotel security. Upon checking in, I noted that my room's door could not be locked from the inside, despite there being a deadbolt lock installed on the door. This was standard throughout the hotel. No where on the hotel's website is there any mention of such a lack of security. The doors sit flush with the floor, so there is no opportunity to wedge something under the door for what little security that would provide. Similarly, the door handle to the toilet moves both up and down, and so linking coat hangers, if that were a possibility seeing as the coat hangers don't have hooks, would also not have worked. There was no opportunity for any jerry-rigging more security. If this wasn't enough, there is no barrier to entry to the hotel from the street. In other words, anyone wishing to do so could enter the hotel and proceed up to any of the floors unencumbered. In light of this shocking lack of security, I was not comfortable staying at the hotel. "

"J'adore le concept. On se sent comme à la maison! Ce sont des appartements, avec un espace commun où tout le monde peut se rassembler en bas. Un peu comme une résidence pour étudiants. Le seul hic : c'est la ventilation. Lorsqu'un voisin cuisine, ça sent dans tout le couloir. Et comme la ventilation ne fonctionne pas très bien, les gens ont tendance à ouvrir leur porte pour évacuer l'odeur."

"This apartment style hotel is as close to the main train station as you can get! It's very quiet, clean with helpful staff. It does need the walls painted in the rooms, espresso machine and rain shower head that work! Other than that it was great!"

"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "
