"I stayed with a friend for only one night, but I think this property is perfect to spend the whole weekend and relax. You will find here the most helpful and kindest staff. Cinthia and Paloma guided us to enjoy the Cenote at night, and the river and pools during the morning. The restaurant's staff was also super nice, and the food was really good. Try the tuna tartara ❤️ They have these “casona” style rooms for families or bigger groups and they look amazing from outside."

"The hotel is really nice and the staff are great. Just bear in mind that in Mérida you almost always need a car to get around and the hotel is not near restaurants or busy areas, so you will definitely need a car or a taxi. "
"First room was musty... I changed and it's fine. The staff assisted to make sure I was happy. Room has Netflix capacity too. G9od free parking. Elevator is working.
But when I asked to upgrade to king the cost was about half if what I paid for the room... That room will sit empty but they couldn't upgrade dispite my offer to pay a bit more. Otherwise it's fine. "
