"Casa Solcor is a lovely property. A true oasis once on the property. It has very nice areas to sit and relax along with two pool areas. Breakfast is excellent with plentiful choices of meats, cheeses and fruits. The also offer cooked to order eggs. There is no on site restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the luggage assistance upon arrival and departure. We stayed in a medium sized room but the larger rooms appeared to be superior in all ways. Parking on site but make sure to get a reservation. The only drawback on the place is the location. It’s quite a ways from the town center and not a comfortable walk. "

"My fiancée and I really can’t say enough about this entire place. The staff was amazing during our entire trip! From meeting Ana and Claudio upon our arrival to meeting the chef and his amazing kitchen and service staff (with a special shoutout to Naomi) to seeing the llamas every night at dinner…the entire experience was MAGICAL!"

"Roberto is an amazing host, always willing to answer questions and provide suggestions. He was very easy to reach and was available throughout our visit on Whatsapp. His caregiver for the house was readily available as well and very helpful. She lives next door. The house was beautiful and clean. The outdoor space is great. The hot tub could use a little TLC, but otherwise it is all good. The location was great for us, only 10 minutes outside of San Pedro de Atacama. This would be a great place for families or friends to spend time since it is quite spacious and welcoming. "

"The lodge was nice and surroundings beautiful but the owner who lives in Santiago was terrible. She failed to mention that it was necessary to rent a car because it's too far from San Pedro despite us asking how to get to the lodge easily. We booked a family room that was supposed to contain one double bed and two twin beds but we only got a small room with a very bad extra bed in a corner which does not reflect the price we paid. The staff on site was lovely but the woman I had to deal with via text was not. While we were there the staff quit mid stay and we were left with other people that did not care about our wellbeing. Also we were not told to throw the toilet paper away before arrival, we figured on our own but some harm was already done and I can't understand how this could've been left out of the information. We struggled a lot to get to our tours and lost a lot of money in taxi when we could've rented a car had we been told. Also the lady refused to let us in early in the room despite it being ready and us having almost 48h of travels coming all the way from Belgium. I've never seen anything like that."
