Very convenient for a short stay, just had a bit of struggle reaching the place coz Expedia's location is inaccurate. Called the hotel and was responsive. Location's landmark is SWU-Phinma, Google map is the key. Staff was accommodating, just raise your concerns and they are willing to assist. During my stay, I walked to Fuente Osmeña and (if you don't mind walking longer), I walked going to Downtown colon to Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral. South bus terminal is also walking distance which is very convenient if you will travel to southern part of Cebu. If you don't mind staying in a Mixed Dorm as a solo traveler, this is for you. 😉

This hotel is only considered a one star hotel, but the room and beds were very comfortable. None of our taxi drivers could find it, so I needed Google Maps to guide them. My only disappointment was that there was no hot water in the shower.

Absolutely terrible place to stay. I have no idea why Expedia has this rated as 8/10 and is recommending this awful place to travellers. This place is disgusting. The shower area is absolutely filthy and has a strange smell. The room had a weird smell and the hallway also smelt odd. No real maintenance is done on this property. Look at the shower in the bathroom in the photos - Just terrible. Outdated and poorly functioning, making showering a nightmare. Additionally, housekeeping never cleaned my room any of the days I stayed there, which makes sense as no kind of cleaning even takes place at this property. Another problem is breakfast. I have a vegetarian diet and all breakfast choices had meat and the hotel staff were somehow unable to make a meal for me without any meat. I prepaid US$5 a night for breakfast, ate no breakfast and they never refunded me this amount. I also communicated to the hotel these issues but nothing was ever done. The only good things I can say about the hotel are that it is safe, the bed is comfortable, wifi works, air conditioning works and that it’s close to the city. Never stay here as the owners clearly do not care to update the showers and clean the place. Terrible experience and I wish i had booked somewhere else near the Ayala Centre to stay.

we stayed for one night to be close to the airport for a morning flight. Place is in the city, within the neighborhood, walkable to Robinson mall- if your used to walking in a busy road with minimal sidewalk to no sidewalk at all. The hotel itself feels safe, with elevator, the room is clean. With great working AC, and toiletries. Overall, i like the place for practicallity.

Scam hotel

This hotel is a a scam. The shower head was molded and shower did not work. So the hotel put a bucket that you need to fill up from the bide hose. The sink was mold too. Towel hade stain on it. We did book two rooms BOTH room was the same. I think this hotel make students write fake reviews. A lot of students love in this hotel.
