"Stayso house has a great location facing the water and hills that show the beautiful buildings and homes in Istanbul. The location is very convenient and only a 15 minute drive to the Galata Tower and other important towns like Taxim. What stood out to me was the staff. You can stay in the most amazing place, but if the staff is not friendly, then it does not matter! That’s why I loved my stay here. at stayso House the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you have any suggestions or feedback they go out of their way to correct anything or help you with anything you need. The rooftop has a wonderful restaurant with amazing views . Selin was our front desk angel and she helped me with every single thing I needed with so much kindness. Kerem waited on us at the rooftop resturant - he not only provided amazing service as a server, but he also made our drinks and our hookah. He works so hard and is such a sweetheart. The decor is beautiful and modern and they even have a bakery on the first floor!"

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I had a one-bedroom suite that was well-equipped and had good amenities. However, unfortunately, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable👎. The bed linens had been washed so many times that they were very thin, and in some cases even patched👎. The bathroom towels were also very old and worn out and definitely need to be replaced with new ones.👎 I was staying on the 32nd floor, which I chose for the view, but the windows were so dirty that they completely ruined the city view.👎 In my opinion, this hotel is more like a 3-star property, even though you pay prices closer to a 4- or 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very good,👍 the staff were polite and respectful👍, the lobby was beautiful, the sauna was excellent👍and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10."

"One of the reasons we picked this hotel is because of their “airport shuttle” service, “with surcharge” they said. That means that there are yellow taxis outside the hotel and you have to negotiate prices. Upon arrival, all of the staff was unfriendly. The room was ok - nothing special, definitely not as nice as the pictures. The bathroom was not great at all. The shower was so cramped, the doors would not close, and so the bathroom got flooded. Even the shower handle came off, and the water temperature spontaneously fluctuated between scorching hot and cold all by itself. Best part of the stay: nice clean sheets, the pool, and the buffet breakfast (for which you have to pay extra). By the way, if you need to change money, do it before you get to that hotel, because there is no possibility of doing it there, unless you take a taxi to a money exchange. Finally, the hotel is in tbe boondocks. Nothing picturesque nearby. No place to go without a taxi. Not a pretty part of Istanbul. A taxi to the hotel from the international airport costs between $60 - $100 "
