3/5 - Okay

3 days in a row house keeping did not clean room. Even after having to pick up clean towels daily at front desk. I was asked to bring my dirty towels down as well.

the host was very clear in communication and answered all of our questions. The property is located in a lovely community close to shopping and the downtown Columbia area. The home is welcoming and cozy

The worker was nice. The place was dated. It was poorly stocked with only 1 pan and 2 sets of dishes. There was no soap. The people above us had kids screaming and jumping off furniture half the night. We called and complained and nothing was done.

I was there to attend football game at USC, so didn't spent much time there otherwise.
The amenities were over priced. There was a beer bottle left in the trash can at check-in. The bed looked half way made. I saw a small baby roach in my room. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel.
It was ok, I don’t think I will be going back. The food is horrible! No flavor. I could not understand the people there when they talk.
Hotel very convenient to Midlands TEC! Attended meeting there.
Other than stopping at this hotel we can’t really speak on the city of Cayce.
